Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Corked Memories, we take pride in the quality of every box we make. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final on personalised or custom orders. Because our boxes are handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order details. We'll do our best to make it right.

Non-personalised orders If you ordered a standard (non-custom) box and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We do not accept returns on items that have been used or had corks added to them.
